What I'll draw:

.- Anthros, from any kind of specie, fictitious, original or real.
.- Feral characters, from any kind of specie.
.- Protogen, Acrador, Yinglet and other original species.
.- Humans or humanoid characters.
.- Monsters, fantasy creatures.
.- Chinese Zodiac signs, kanji or hanzi included.
.- Any kind of flora.
.- Any gender is fine.
.- Tasteful / pin-up nudity is allowed as long is an adult / over 18 years old character. But do not expect an erotic piece (see "What I won't draw") or a piece showing genitalia.
.- Mid violence pics. Bloody pics are fine on this as long it isn't too descriptive.
.- Simple backgrounds, specially in Sumi-e style.
.- Vent art.
.- Art resembling Uikyou-e (Japanese wood stock printing) style.
.- Hanahaki disease.

What will cost extra:

.- Wings of any kind.
.- Complex details, like spikes, more than a pair of horns, intricate marks, etc.
.- Taur or naga body.
.- Characters with complex details.
.- Fantasy characters meant for D&D.
.- Vtubers, specially if they have a heavy detailed character reference. Ask me first if your Vcharacter enters in that category.
.- Mechanical or prosthetic body parts.
.- Simple weapons
.- Simple detailed vehicles (vespa, IE).
.- Big and/or too detailed tattoos, specially if they cover the whole body. Small tattoos do not have an extra.
.- More than two piercings in any part of the face/body.
.- An extra character, depending how detailed it is.
.- If is a blood pic, any kind of hematoma or fresh scars.
.- Art meant for tattoos, because it should be used as base so the tattoo artist can work with it depending on the area of the body.The price will depend and rise on the kind of detail and the kind of illustration. Be aware.
If you're unsure with your character's details or reference, please ask me first.

What I'll not draw:

.- Full nudity with humans or animal genitalia.
.- Characters in rated R situations, either M/F, M/M or F/F situation.
.- Underage characters or characters depicted as underage in any adult, mature or nude situation. That mean I'll not draw children characters as adults version neither.
.- Feral characters in any adult, mature or nude situation.
.- Characters with heavy detailed designs.
.- Big and/or heavy detailed weapons.
.- Mechas or highly detailed Vehicles.
.- Copyrighted characters from any kind of media, even as an extra character in the full picture.
.- Drawings meant to be hateful or offensive against any minority or person.
.- Extreme violence or snuff/guro drawings involving organs, dismemberment, death, etc.
.- Sexual violence of any kind, specially non-consensual kind violence.
.- Most of any kind of kinks. Feel free to ask me first which kind of kink I'm more available to work in. Might cost a little extra depending of the kink.
.- Highly complex armor designs. IE: WOW, Final Fantasy, Monster Hunter, etc.
.- Vent art that involve anything in the list.
.- Complicated backgrounds.
.- Specially in Sumi-e, portraits of real people or real pets, specially if the commission involves real life children.
.- Art meant to be imitated by other artist's style.
.- Art meant to be used for NTF/AI training.
.- Character references.
.- Anything that makes me not comfortable with your request. It's not to be taken personally, it could be possible that it might be too overwhelmed for my art skills.

Sumi-e

Sumi-e is a type of Chinese ink brush painting which uses washes of black ink, such as that used in East Asian calligraphy, in different concentrations. Wikipedia.- If you want to commission a Sumi-e pic, this will be done in a bamboo mixed media paper. If you want it to be done in another kind of paper, it might cost a little more extra. Be aware it might affect the design in one way or another since rice or washi paper can be a little unpredictable with the final result.
.- There's an option of white ink over colored paper.
.- Due the nature of Sumi-e art style, some details might be lost during the design and inking, as well the color might be muddy/greyish in traditional coloring. So be aware if you character have bright colors or is heavy detailed.
.- Usually this art style is suitable for fantasy or feral characters, but I can draw humans or anthro characters. Check the list on what I can draw or not.
.- I'm NOT going to do any illustration or character resembling Okami artists (Kenichiro Yoshimura and Sawaki Takeyasu) or characters or background.
.- Sumi-e lineart work is not meant to be used for coloring purposes by another artist without my permission and even with credits. Check the "Sumi-e in full color" for some samples in coloring, either digitally or traditionally.
.- Sumi-e pics can be sent as long it wasn't heavily photoshoped in the final result. Check "Shipment" for the costs.
.- Sumi-e is a traditional art, so I'm not going to ink a drawing digitally unless it is to fix a detail or two.
.- Adding a phrase written in Japanese kanji or a Chinese hanzi will cost some extra and might be added digitally to avoid problems in the final result.

Commission process:

.- All commission payment is with Paypal and via Invoices, no matter the kind of art. Please do NOT send me the payment unless there's a problem with the invoices (and even then, I will send an invoice).
.- For the invoice I'll require your email address and legal name. I am NOT going to share these details online, specially if you want to remain anonymous or your legal name does not match your online name.
.- I only work via email. I do NOT use Discord/Telegram/DM from any social media.
.- I am NOT responsible for payments sent to impersonators, fraudulent accounts or unauthorized third parties. That's why all communication will be via Email only.
.- I do work better using character references. If isn't possible/you don't have one, a small description (no a wall of TL;DR) plus real pics, pics made via Picrew or a silly doodle work, since I need visual references.
.- I do NOT accept images made with AI for reference. Using them will get your commission rejected and blacklisted.
.- I'll send to the commissioner a sketch preview. After being approved and paid 50% of the payment (in icons is 100% the payment), I'll start the inking and coloring.
.- Take in mind you can do the changes only in the sketch preview and the 3 first changes are free. after that is $10 extra for any change you want to do. In the full pic you can change any small detail that doesn't imply change the whole pic, specially if you want the original in traditional. If you still need to change any detail, it will cost 15$ extra, no matter what kind of detail is. I'll not charge if the detail was wrong due my own fault.
.- I usually take from one week or two to a full month to complete a full commission. If for any reason it's taking longer, I'll contact you to either know if you're ok with the delay or want a refund. It can be full if is something related to my health at the moment of the commission, even if that means I'm not going to send the full image.
.- For the same reason, do not hurry me to finish the drawing the sooner as possible. If you need the image in certain date, please ask me first.
.- I can send screenshots/photos of the work in process if wanted. I might send you some screenshots/process to know if all is correct.
.- I reserve my rights to deny your commission for any reason and the right to refuse service to anyone.
.- Communication should be also professional and respectful all the time. If a commissioner is determined by the artist to be difficult, confrontational, or otherwise unpleasant, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and issue a refund for the work which has not been completed. I won't send any piece of the work which has not been completed.

Copyright and Usage Policy.

.- Commissions in general are for personal use only and must have the credits. That means:
- The client can print the image for themselves.
- Repost the art in social media with proper credit given to the artist.
- Can be used for banners, icons, wallpapers. If you need to the pic to be at certain size, I can modify it for you.
- Can be used for Youtube image/background as long it isn't a monetized channel, even with the credits.
- Can be used for a tattoo idea (see "What it will cost extra")..- The client have forbidden:
- To claim the artwork as their own creation or remove my signature when reposting it.
- To share the not-watermarked art online, this is more for the client's security.
- To use their commission in any type of AI training/usage or NFT/modify it with AI.
- To edit, alter, or hire another artist to alter the artwork in any way, specially in a way to depicts content listed in the "What I'll not draw" list.
- Trace, copy or reproduce the artwork for the purpose of creating a new work presented as your own.
Doing anything in this will place you in a blacklist.- If it's meant for commercial purposes (book cover, prints, etc), that is going to have the common talk regardless of the percentage of use of my drawing.
.- If is meant for digital copies, there might not be a percentage per sale depending on the kind of copy sale/price sale.
.- If is meant for monetized Youtube image/backgrounds, there might be a percentage per video.
.- The cover of the book/print/banner is not going to have my sign (is going to have my hanko hidden in the final picture), but credits are obligatory ( Cover image by Milena Briceño - https://www.silicon-world.net).
.- I have the right to use and upload all my artwork made by me for my own personal use. That includes the ones you commission even if you buy the Copyright/Commercial Use for portfolio sample. I'm not going to sell them without permission, nor claim it's an original character done by me.

Shipment / Refund

REFUND
.- If the commissioner needs a refund, it can be only in the sketch stage, not when the ink or color has been begun. When the pic is finished, no refund is possible.
.- The commissioner may receive a 50% refund, but no a high res pic of the sketch.
.- If for any reason the client cannot pay the 50% to obtain the full art during the process, it can be possible to place the commission in hold until the payment is done. Until then, I'm not going to change or modify the picture until the client tells me to continue.SHIPMENT
.- I can send my art from $10 (price will vary depending of the country), worldwide shipment from Chile and with a tracking code. All the commissions will have one and will be send via email.
.- Chile has a law regardless sending traditional art, no matter the kind of media. It cost 5000 Chilean pesos ($5) extra in the full shipment price. All about that law is here.
.- Both Digital or Traditional art gets prints, since I might not send the original unless I haven't edit the pic (I usually do that with a small detail). I can send the original picture, but only if is a full picture and if isn't heavily edited.
.- If is an original pic of mine or fanart (Not a commission or trade pic from another artist), the print is $10 with both print and shipment. The prints don't have watermark, but they do have my signature (both sign and hanko). Please ask me to know which ones are available for printing and which ones aren't.
.- If you want an original or fanart for printing but you can't buy a print, I can send the full pic via digital format if you donate to my Ko-fi. The full image can be used as wallpapers too. All about the usage of the drawing see it in Usage Policy.
.- All the prints are A4 format (21 x 29,7 cm), except the badges. I can do postcard sizes via request.
